Mheshimiwa Spika, ahsante. Kwa kuwa barabara nyingi zinazungumziwa urefu hata hii barabara inayolalamikiwa hapa.

Lakini hazijazungumziwa barabara upana wake na tunavyofahamu ni kwamba barabara ndefu kama inayotoka Morogoro au ya Bagamoyo au barabara nyingine hizi. Kama Wakandarasi watakuwa wamepunguza inchi moja ama mbili katika upana wa barabara zile basi inakuwa ni hasara kubwa sana katika nchi?

Je, Naibu Waziri anaweza kuniambia upana wa barabara hizi hasa barabara ya Morogoro kuja Dar es Salaam au barabara ya Morogoro kuja Dodoma zina upana gani na je, ananiruhusu mimi kutembea na futi na kupima wakati wowote unaofaa? Ahsante.
